Ingredients

Ingredients:
2 kg Rahu fish (4 large pieces)
1 cup Gram flour
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp All-purpose flour
1/2 tsp Carom seeds
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Red chili flakes
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tbsp Green chili paste
2 Eggs
1 tsp Garam masala powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Paprika
1 cup Vinegar
1 pinch Yellow food color
Ingredients for tartar sauce:
1 cup Mayonnaise
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1/4 cup Cucumber (chopped)
1/4 cup Carrots (chopped)
2 tbsp Green onion (chopped)

Instructions

Directions for fish:
In a bowl dip fish pieces in vinegar, carom seeds and salt. Wash it, pat dry and set aside.
In a separate bowl add gram flour, lemon juice, flour, salt, ginger garlic paste, chili flakes, red chili powder, turmeric powder, green chili paste, eggs, garam masala powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, paprika, food color.
Add water as required and mix all these ingredients well to get a fine paste.
Marinate fish pieces in the marination mixture and keep in fridge for at least 4 hours.
Heat oil in a pan and fry fish in it on medium low flame until golden brown. Your fish is ready.
Directions for tartar sauce:
In a bowl add mayo, lemon juice, salt, carrots, cucumber and green onion.
Mix all them well. Your sauce is ready. Serve with fish and enjoy.
