Ingredients

INGREDIENTS,
½ kg mutton liver,
1 onion,
2 tomatoes,
250 grams green chilies,
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste,
Lemon juice of a lemon,
½ cup dry achaar masala,
2 tbsp khatai powder,
1 tbsp crushed red chili,
1 tsp turmeric,
Salt as required,
¼ cup oil,

Instructions


METHOD

In a bowl mix together achaar masala, a little oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
Stuff the green chilies with prepared masala. Cut the liver into slices.
Heat oil in a wok, add sliced liver and fry till its color is changed. Then add salt, turmeric, crushed red pepper and dry mango powder. Fry for a few minutes.
Now add stuffed green chilies and simmer on low flame. Dish it out and serve hot.
