600 gm chicken boneless
4 tablespoon tikka masala
2 cup yoghurt (curd)
8 tablespoon vegetable oil
salt as required
1/2 tablespoon ginger paste
1/2 tablespoon garlic paste
4 tablespoon fresh cream
6 tomato
black pepper as required

Instructions


How to make Murgh Jahangiri
Step 1
To make Murgh Jahangiri, wash the chicken pieces with fresh water and pat them dry with a kitchen cloth. Now, smear the chicken pieces in yoghurt and tikka masala. Let it marinate for about 2 hours. Meanwhile, take a chopping board and chop the tomatoes.

Step 2
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium flame. Now, add ginger-garlic paste along with chopped tomatoes and cook till the oil starts separating.

Step 3
Add the marinated chicken to the pan and mix properly. Season it with salt and pepper and cook for a while, until the pieces become soft. After a while, remove the vessel from the flame and add fresh cream to it for taste.

Step 4
Stir until the ingredients mix well and transfer it to a serving dish. Your Murgh Jahangiri is ready. Garnish it with fresh cilantro and enjoy with any pulao or chapati of your choice.
