Ginger paste 2 tbsp

Raw papaya 1 tbsp

Instructions

Marinate chops with oil, ginger paste and raw papaya and leave for few hours.

Then add black pepper powder, all spice, red chili and salt. Mix well.

Then cook in nonstick pan on medium flame and stir well.

Cover it now and cook for 20 to 25 minutes approximately.

Finally take a pieces of onion and put coal over it. Add little oil and cover the pan.

After few minutes take out coal and serve mutton chops with fresh vegetables.
