- Pomfret fish 2 pieces
- Cooking Oil as needed
- Rice Flour 4 tbsp
- Yellow Color ½ tsp
- Maida Flour 4 tbsp
- Corn Flour 2 tbsp
- Salt as per taste
- Red Chili Crushed 1 tsp
- Ajwain ¼ tsp
- Whole Cumin ½ tsp
- Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
- Cumin Powder ½ tsp
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Ginger & Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
- Egg 1 piece

Instructions

Method
1- Place the cuts on the fish.
2- In a bowl, add rice flour, yellow color, Maida flour, corn flour, salt, red chili crushed, ajwain, whole cumin, black pepper, cumin powder, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, egg and mix it well.
3- Now, cover this paste on fish and keep it in the refrigerator for an hour.
4- Afterward, deep fry in the cooking oil until golden brown.
Your tasty Fried Pomfret Fish now ready to serve.
Cooking time: 30 minutes.
