Why recepie famous for?
These crepes are simple and soft, and don't taste salty like most other crepes.
Ingredients
Ingredients1 cup plain flour
1 1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1 pinch salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon optional
1/4 tsp nutmeg optional
Instructions
Sift flour into a bowl and add milk.Add egg and salt and whisk for 5 minutes or until really smooth.
Add cinnamon and nutmeg and whisk through.
Place bowl in fridge for 30-60 minutes.
Pour mixture into a jug with a spout and preheat pan to fairly high.
Spray pan with cooking oil and heat until slightly smoking.
