Chilli Chicken


Why recepie famous for?


500 gm Chicken boneless (cube cutting)

Salt (As needed)
1 & 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tbsp Maida
1 tsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Egg
3 tbsp Cooking Oil
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
1/2 Onion (large cube cutting)
1/2 Green Capsicum (large cube cutting)
1/2 Tomato (large cube cutting)
1/2 Yellow Capsicum (large cube cutting)
2 tbsp Chili Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp Chicken Powder
1 tsp Sugar
Green Onions (As Needed for Garnishing)


Ingredients for chili chicken

1- Cut the chicken into slices
2- In a bowl, add chicken, salt, lemon juice, ginger & garlic paste, Maida flour, corn flour, black pepper powder, soy sauce, egg and mix it well. Now keep in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes
3- In a cooking pan, add cooking oil and deep fry the marinated chicken until golden brown.
4- In a cooking pot, add cooking oil, garlic and fry it until light brown.
5- After that add, onion, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, tomato and cook for a while.
6- Now add, fried chicken, chili sauce, soy sauce 1 tbsp, tomato ketchup, chicken powder, sugar and cook it for 2 to 3 minutes.
7- Use green onion for garnishing.
8- Serve it with boiled rice.
Cooking time: 25 minutes
