Beef Pasanday This beef is marinated with the mixture of flavorful spices with yogurt, which gives the beef an exceptional flavor.

Ingredients

- 700g Beef Boneless

- 1-1/2 tbsp Red Chili Powder


- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder


- As per taste Salt


- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice


- 1 tsp Turmeric


- 2 tbsp Poppy Powder


- 2 tbsp Roasted Gram Powder


- 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste


- 1 cup Yogurt


- Half cup Cooking Oil


- 2 Onion


- 2 tbsp Whole Garam Masala


- 4 Whole Red Chili


- 5g Ginger


- 5g Green Coriander


- 5g Green Chili


- 5g Mint

Instructions

1- Hit beef with hammer


2- In a bowl, add beef, red chili powder, black pepper powder, salt, lemon juice, turmeric, poppy powder, roasted gram powder, ginger garlic paste, yogurt and mix them well, then keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours


3- In a pan, add cooking oil, onion and fry until light brown


4- Now, add whole garam masala, whole red chili, marinated beef and cook for a while, then simmer for 30-35 minutes


5- Now, add ginger, green chili and cook for 5-7 minutes


6- Now, use green coriander, mint for garnishing


Your tasty Beef Pasandy now ready to serve
