Why recepie famous for?

Hyderabadi Tala Hua Gosht for taste The Hyderabadi Ramadan Food Festival and The Hyderabadi Bakri-Eid Food Festival on my blog since last year الحمد لله, and through these events and the participation of few enthusiastic foodies, I have come across so many amazing recipes, some that invariably remind me of my Ammi‘s food and some that I have never heard or tasted before.

Ingredients


1) 1/2 kg boneless meat, cut into small cubes

2) 1 tbsp garlic paste


3) 1/2 tbsp ginger paste


4) 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder


5) 1 tsp turmeric powder




6) 2 tsp cassia buds powder


7) 1/2 tsp tenderiser


8) 4 tbsp oil


9) A few mint leaves


10) Salt to taste

Instructions

1. Mix all the ingredients, except oil, with the meat and marinate for two hours.

2. Heat the oil. Fry the meat on a high flame.

3. Sprinkle a little water and cook on a low flame till the meat is tender, keep adding water as required.

4. When tender dry the excess water.

5. Garnish with mint leaves.
