METHOD
Take ½ kg boneless beef, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 chopped onion. ½ bunch green coriander, 1 tbsp
lemon juice, 3-4 tbsp aniseeds, 2 tbsp boti kebab masala and salt. Mix everything together. Put the beef pieces in sticks. Roast it or steam it and then fry it or bake it.boti kebab is ready.
