Why recepie famous for?
Even the kids could make this simple green salad.
Ingredients
2 witlof, bases trimmed, leaves separated1 x 100g pkt sweet baby greens with herbs
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Salt & freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Arrange witlof on a serving plate and top with baby greens.
Step 2
Place the oil and vinegar in a screw-top jar and shake until well combined. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle salad with dressing and serve immediately.
