Why recepie famous for?

the great old times of your childhood where your mother would make some soft velvety halva and the times of your college and university where you would bunk classes and eat halwa with steaming hot puris at your nearest dhaba? Well if you are in the mood of reliving those moments

Ingredients

Ingredients:
250 gm Semolina
500 gm Sugar
1 Liter water
250 gm Desi Ghee
6 Green Cardamoms
1 TSP Food Color
Preparation:
Add water in a pan, also add cardamoms, sugar and prepare the sugar syrup
Now add Cooking oil/Ghee, semolina and let it brown
After this, add this fried semolina into the syrup and cook it until it thickened then add food color
Your yummy Halwa is ready to serve
Chanay Preparation Ingredients:
500 gm chickpeas
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
3 Green Chilies
1 & ½ TSP Chopped Garlic
Salt (As Needed)
1 & ½ TSP Coriander Powder
½ TSP Fenugreek Seeds
1 Cup Water
150 gm Chickpeas paste

Instructions

Preparation:
First of all, add cooking oil in a pan, add onions and let them brown
Now add, Mehran Ginger Garlic Paste and cook it for two minutes
Then add Tomatoes, Green chilies, Nigella, Boiled Chickpeas Paste, Mehran Chickpeas Masala, and cook it for two minutes
Then add chickpeas and cook it for more two minutes and add Water (3 cup). Now cook it for 10 minutes
Your spicy chickpeas are ready to serve
Puri Preparation:Ingredients:
3 Cup Miada
1 & ½ Cup Water
1 Ltr Cooking Oil
Preparation:
In a bowl add maida, cooking oil (2 TBSP) water, salt and mix
Mix it and Keep it in the fridge for 30 minutes
Now make round purries
After this, add cooking oil in a pan and fry these purries
Your spicy purries are ready to serve
