Ingredients

4-5 Chicken thighs (boneless)
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Black pepper
Salt to taste
1 pack Pasta
2 tbsp Oil
2-3 tbsp Butter
1 cup Onion (chopped)
1 & 1/2 cup Mushroom
1 tbsp Garlic (chopped)
2-3 tbsp All-purpose flour
2 cups Chicken stock
1/2 cup Sour cream
1 tsp Mustard paste
Salt to taste
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Thyme
Green onion (for garnish)
Ingredients for sour cream:
1 cup Cream
Salt a pinch
2 tbsp Lemon juice

Instructions

Directions for sour cream:
In a bowl add cream, salt and lemon juice.
Whisk it well and set aside. Our sour cream is ready.
Directions for Stroganoff:
Take chicken thighs boneless and sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic on both sides.
Heat oil in a pan, cook on high flame until golden brown from both sides.
In the same pan melt butter, sauté garlic, add onion and cook until translucent.
Then add mushrooms and cook until soft.
Now add all-purpose flour and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add chicken stock.
Cook until thicken; add salt, black pepper, thyme and mix.
Add sour cream, mustard paste, is well and cook for another 2 minutes.
Now add chicken and let it simmer for 5 to 6 minutes.
In a pan boil water, add salt, oil, pasta and boil until done. Strain out the pasta.
Pour chicken stroganoff on pasta and serve hot.
