Spicy Tawa Fish A straightforward recipe that can be prepared using any firm-fleshed white fish. The seasoning is a delicious combination of pepper, sesame and ginger.

Ingredients

Fish (Bhetki) 600g

Ginger & Garlic Paste 1- ½ tbsp

Salt as per taste

Vinegar half cup

Red Chili Crushed 1 tbsp

Ajawin ½ tsp

Cumin 1 tsp

Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp

Cumin Powder ½ tsp

Coriander Powder ½ tsp

Turmeric 1 tbsp

Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp

Lemon Juice 3 tbsp

Egg 1 piece

Corn Flour 2 tbsp

Maida Flour 1 tbsp

Yellow Color ¼ tsp

Cooking Oil as needed

Instructions

1- In a pot, add and marinate fish pieces, salt, vinegar, ginger & garlic paste.

2- Keep in the refrigerator for two hours.

3- Afterward wash it with cold water and dry it.

4- In another pot, add salt, red chili crushed, Ajwain, cumin, black pepper powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, red chili powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, egg, corn flour, Maida flour, yellow color and mix it. Now paste is ready to marinate the fish in it.

5- In a another pot, add fish pieces, past and marinate it and keep it in the refrigerator for two hours.

6- Now fry it on Tawa (flat Pan).

Your tasty Spicy Tawa Fish is ready to serve.
