Ingredients

Eggs - two,
Onions - three medium,
Red Tomatoes - two small,
Green Chillies two,
Coriander Chopped - two tablespoons,
Oil - three tablespoons,
Red Chilli Powder - half Teaspoon,
Salt - half Teaspoon,
Turmeric Powder - half Teaspoon,



Instructions



First cut the onions into very thin slices and fry in oil.
Put salt, coriander and turmeric powder, chilli, tomatoes and half cup of water.
Mix well; when gravy is ready, whisk the eggs in another bowl and put these eggs into gravy and mix well.Lower the flame, put green chillies and coriander over the khagina.
Serve with chappati or paratha.
