Low Fat Broccoli Casserole

Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

30 oz. pkg. frozen, chopped Broccoli,
1/2 C. fat-free egg substitute,
1 10 1/2 oz can reduced fat Cream of mushroom soup,
1 C. fat-free Mayonnaise,
1/2 C. low-fat Cheddar cheese, shredded,
2 Tbs. Onions, minced,
Dash of black pepper,

Instructions

6 reduced fat Ritz crackers, crushed,
Heat the oil and fry the onions for ½ minute.

Add the capsicum and tomatoes and fry again for 2 minutes.

Add the vegetables, chilli powder, garam masala, coriander and salt and cook for a few minutes.

Spread the tomato gravy on top and sprinkle a little grated paneer over it.

Bake in a hot oven at 200c for 10 minutes.
