Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Mutton 1 kg,
Whole black pepper 1 tsp,
Black cardamom 2,
Green cardamom 2,
Desiccated coconut 1 tbsp,
Cinnamon 1 stick,
Cumin seeds 1 tsp,
Cream ½ cup,
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp,
Nutmeg & mace ½ tsp (ground),
Brown onion 1,
Lemon juice 2 tbsp,
Salt 1 tsp,
Almonds 2 tbsp (chopped),
Red chilli powder 2 tsp,
Yogurt 250 gm,
Oil ½ cup,
Green chillies 6 (chopped),

Instructions

Cooking Directions
Add mutton meat in skillet then add 2 glasses of water, ginger garlic paste and salt.

Cook meat until water dries.

Now add oil with black cardamoms, green cardamoms, desiccated coconut, whole black pepper, cinnamon stick, cumin seeds, red chilli powder and nutmeg and mace. Add little water and roast well.

Blend the yogurt and onion in a blender and add it to meat, cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

Now add green chillies, lemon juice, and cream and take off the stove.

Dish it out and garnish top with chopped almonds

Serve hot.
