Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

1 kg mutton,
Heat the oil in a saucepan,
As oil is heated, add chopped tomatoes and leave,
When tomatoes are tender, blend them with blender and store in a bowl,
Heat oil in another saucepan,
Add fenugreek seeds as oil is heated,
When fenugreek seeds crackle, add thin chopped onions,
Let the onions get light brown colored,
Add ground garlic,
Mix garlic well and fry for 2 to 3 minutes,
Add chicken and fry for 4 to 5 minutes/font,
Add salt and crushed red pepper,
Mix well and fry for 2 to 3 minutes,
Mix well and leave,

Instructions

When mutton is tender and gravy is formed, add crushed cumin and coriander powder and mix
Add thin crushed ginger, dried fenugreek, and green chili
Mix well and keep on dum for 5 minutes – Your mutton Koyla Karahi is ready
Place a piece or skin of onion on surface of karahi
Place piece of ablaze coal on the onion
Drop a few drops of the oil on coal
Wait until coal smoke spreads over karahi. Then remove the onion and coal
