Ingredients for Badami Seekh Kebabs


400 gm Beef Mince

Salt (As Needed)

1 & 1/2 tbsp Red Chili (crushed)

1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)

2 Green Chilies

1/2 piece Onion

100 gm Kidney Fat

1/2 tsp Hot Spices

5 gm Green Coriander

1 tsp Turmeric powder

5 gm Mint

1 tsp Coriander (crushed)

1 tsp Cumin Powder

50 gm Almonds (crushed)

Cooking Oil (As Needed)

Instructions

Directions for Badami Seekh Kebabs:

1- In a bowl, add beef mince, salt, red chili crushed, ginger, green chili, onion, kidney fat, hot spieces, green coriander, coriander (crushed), mint, turmeric, cumin, almonds and mix it well.
2- Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
3- Now rub a skewer with oil. Now make the shapes of kebabs around skewers.
4- Now, oven bake on 230°C for 15-20 minutes or BBQ.
Your tasty Badami Seekh Kabab now ready to serve.
Cooking time: 40-50 minutes
