Ingredients

1/2 packet Noodles Boiled
1 Cup Carrots
1/4 cup Onion
1 cup Cabbage
1 cup Capsicum
1 cup Shredded Chicken
1 tbsp Garlic
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Chilli Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 cup Flour
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Carrom Seeds
2 tbsp Oil
Water for Kneading

Instructions

Boil the chicken and shred.
Now Boil the noodles.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, cumin and cook for a minute.
Now mix capsicum, grated carrots, cabbage and shredded chicken.
Then mix salt, soya sauce, chilli sauce and black pepper.
Mix all the ingredients by adding boiled Noodles.
Your filling is ready.
Take a bowl add flour, salt, carom seeds, oil and water for kneading the dough.
Dough consistency should the normal.
Give the desire shape of samosa and fill it up, then deep fry until light golden brown.
