Entertain in style with this luscious green goddess dip.

Ingredients

500g broad beans
1 avocado
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove, crushed
2 anchovies
2 teaspoons finely chopped tarragon
Flatbread, to serve
Cherry tomatoes, to serve
Baby carrots, to serve

Instructions

Step 1
Pzzlace beans in a heatproof bowl and cover with boiling water. Stand for 2 minutes. Drain. Discard skin.
Step 2
Using a food processor, process the beans, avocado, garlic, oil, juice, anchovies and tarragon until smooth. Season. Transfer to a bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
Step 3
Serve with flatbread, tomatoes and baby carrots.
