Pumpkin Halwa Recipe

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
Milk: 1kg

Sugar: 1.5 cup

Oil: 1/2 cup

Cardamom: 2

green colour: 2 pinch

Almonds(crushed): 1/2 cup

Instructions

METHOD:
1. grate the pumpkin.

2. boil milk and then add grated pumpkin and sugar, flame should be low until pumpkin will be very soft.

3. when milk will be dry add cardamom and oil and fry the halwa very well.

5. sprinkle green colour and mix it quickly.

6. add almonds and put off the flame, dish out and serve.
