1 small cauliflower

1 small bottle of olive oil

200 grams of mozzarella

200 grams dried bread crumbs

200 grams of semolina

6 eggs

1 small packet of carom seeds

1 small packet of fennel seeds

1 small packet of baking soda

1 small packet of chaat masala

500 grams red pumpkin

1 small bottle of mustard oil

1 small packet of methi seeds

For faster preparation

Instructions

For cauliflower sticks grate the cauliflower, add salt to it and set aside. Squeeze water from the cauliflower and then make the mixture and pour in the baking tin. Make the dough for masala poori and the stuffing. Process the pumpkin for sabzi.

How to go about it

Put the tin for baking and then let it cool. Start with the sabzi and side by side fry the pooris. Demould the cauliflower sticks, cut and serve.
