Ingredients

Saag 1 kg- wash and soak in cold water with a pinch
of turmeric.
Onions 4 medium finely sliced
Green chilies 4
Red chilli 10 whole
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup

Instructions


Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onions and fry till golden.

Then add all other ingredients, stir and cook on low heat till the water dries.

Then fry for a few minutes and remove from heat.

Do not add any water to saag while cooking.

Serve wit hot chapatti.
