Ingredients

Bitter gourd 250 gm
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil for frying
Onion 200 gm
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Lemon 1
Green coriander leaves ½ bunch
Chat masala to taste

Instructions

Take young bitter gourd and cut them in thin slices with the seeds.
Rub with turmeric , red chili powder and salt, leave it for a while.
Make thin slices of onions, fry them till they get golden brown and crispy.
Deep fry the marinated bitter gourd till they get golden brown and crispy.
Now mix the crispy onion to the fried crispy bitter gourd, gently.
Serve into a deep platter, sprinkle lemon juice, chat masala and
chopped green coriander leaves.
