Fried Chicken Legs Recipe

Ingredients

7 Chicken Legs

Salt (As Needed)

1 TSP Vinegar

1 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste

Water (As Needed for Boiling)

2 TBSP Corn Flour

3 TBSP Maida

1 TBSP Black Pepper Powder

2 TBSP Chili Sauce

1 TSP Ginger Powder

1 TBSP Mustard Paste

2 Eggs

Kisan Cooking Oil (As Needed for frying)

Bread Crumbs (As Needed)

Instructions

1. First of all, place deep cuts at chicken legs

2. Next, take a bowl, Add Vinegar, Chicken Legs, Salt, Ginger Garlic Paste, mix it well and keep aside these marinated Chicken legs for 2 hours

3. It’s time for boiling. Add Water in a pan, let it some warm. Then add marinated chicken legs, and boil them for 8-10 Minutes

4. After boiling these chicken legs. Take another bowl, add chicken legs, corn flour, Maida, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, Chili Sauce, Ginger Powder, Mustard Paste, Ginger Garlic Paste, Eggs, & mix them well. Keep aside this mixture for 22-25 Minutes

5. Finally, Add Kisan Cooking Oil in a pan, let it some warm. Then apply bread crumbs at the chicken legs and fry them in hot oil until they turned into Golden Brown

6. Spicy Chicken Fried Legs are ready to serve

Preparation Time: 30 Minutes (Excluding the Marination Process) Serve: 3 People
