Ingredients
1 boiled black eyed peas,2 green chilli chopped finely,
1/2 cup boiled corn kernels,
2 tbs chopped green coriander,
1 cup finely chopped onions,
3 tbs tamarind khatti meethi chutney,
1/4 cup finely chopped tomato,
1 tbs chat masala,
1/2 tsp chilli flakes,
1/2 oregano,
1/4 tsp mixed herbs,
to taste Salt,
2 tbs lemon juice,
20 pcs Ready made tarts fr filling,
Instructions
Soak black eyed beans for 4hrs,
Boil beans 80percent adding salt,
Boil corn adding salt giving 3to 4 whistles,
Mix onions, corns and beans Add all the above ingredients,
Add chilli flakes. And mix everything,
Fill the small tarts with this filling and garnish with chopped coriander and tamarind and green chutney,
