Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Milk½ liter,
Semolina2 tbsp,
Khoya250 gm,
Sugar125 gm,
Fresh cream1 cup,
Kewra1 tbsp,
Almond25 gm,
Pistachio25 gm,
Ghee¼ cup,
Muslin clothas required,
Lemon juice1 tbsp,

Instructions


Boil ½ liter milk in a wok, add in 1 tbsp lemon juice and cook till curdles.
Now pour in a piece of muslin cloth, make it into a bag and hang till all the water comes out.
In another wok heat ¼ cup ghee, add 2 tbsp semolina and fry well.
Then add 125 gm khoya and 125 gm sugar. Cook for 3 – 4 minutes.
Add milk mixture to the pan, 1 cup fresh cream, 1 tbsp kewra, 25 gm chopped almond and 25 gm pistachios. Fry very well.
Cook till halwa of medium consistency is formed. Now dish it out and serve hot.
