Ingredients


RIce 100 gms
Skimmed Milk 1 ltr
Sugar 150gms
Green cardimom 4-5
Almonds 100 gms
Pistachios 100gms
Shreaded Coconut 1 cup
And samefor garnish.

Instructions

Soak rice in water for 15 minutes and crush with ur hands. Then boil milk and rice together. Strain water before you put rice in milk. Add sugar , green cardimom and crushed dry fruits with coconut powder. let it cook on low heat till the rice is done and milk is dried and the quanity is half. Now use electric beater and use it 3 to 4 times to mix rice properly. Now serve it in a bowl, cool it in room tempreture and then put it in the fridge. Garnish and serve.
Ps. Use wooden spoon. Also you can use brown sugar but the quantity should be less.
