Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

100 gms pot barley,
3 medium onions,
worcestershire sauce,
chilli flakes,
mustard seeds,
thick Mutton chunks,
8 Thick neck of Mutton chops,
water or stock (to cover),
Salt,
Black pepper (freshly ground),

Instructions

1.Marinate Mutton in garlic, worcestershire sauce, lime, salt and pepper. Marinate overnight.
2.Roast the Mutton in the oven for about 20 minutes at 350.
3.Add the mutton to an oven friendly dish. Add boiled barley, mustard seeds, chili flakes, onions and a mix of Indian spices to the dish.
4.Cover the dish with a thin sheet of rolled out flour.
5.Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 350.
6.Serve hot.
