Mutton chops 1 kg,Fresh coriander leaves 1 bunch (chopped),
Spinach ½ bunch (chopped),
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp (toasted and crushed),
Green chili 8 – 10 (sliced),
Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped),
Ginger 1 tbsp (chopped),
Lemon juice 2 tbsp,,
Curry leaves 10
Salt 1 tsp,
Onion 1 large (chopped),
Oil 8 tbsp,
Water as required,

Instructions
Cooking DirectionsHeat oil in a pan.,
Add the onions and fry for 2 minutes.,
Add garlic and mutton chops and fry for 10 minutes.,
Now add salt and 4 cups of water and bring to the boil.,
Add cumin seeds and ginger and let it cook covered for 45 minutes or until the meat is tender.,
Remove the lid and turn the heat up high to evaporate any remaining water.,
Add the fresh coriander, spinach, green chilies and curry leaves and cook on high heat for 5 minutes.,
Add the lemon juice and serve hot.,
