Spaghetti with tuna, capers and chilli

Why recepie famous for?

a great after work supper when you’re too tired to think! The only thing you need to cook is the spaghetti, then toss with the tinned tuna, capers, chilli, red onion, garlic and herbs.

Ingredients

Spaghetti 400g
red onion 1, finely chopped
red chilli 2, finely chopped
garlic 2 cloves, crushed
capers 2 tbsp, rinsed and drained
flat-leaf parsley 2 small bunches, roughly chopped
lemon 1, juiced
tuna 2 × 185g tins in spring water, drained
olive oil 4 tbsp

Instructions

STEP 1

Cook the spaghetti following the pack instructions. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Drain the pasta then toss everything together, season and serve.
