300 gm mutton-minced,
2 tbsp rice flour,
0 salt as required,
1 cup refined oil,
3 or 4 green chilli,

How to make Mutton Kebabs

Step 1
To prepare these yummy Mutton kebabs, peel the onions and finely chop them in a bowl. Make a paste of green chilies, by crushing them in a mortar and pestle. After this, mince the mutton pieces, but if you already have minced mutton, then you can simply skip this step.

Now, take a large bowl and add the minced mutton along with finely chopped onions, green chilli paste, rice flour and salt. Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside for about 40 minutes. Let the mutton absorb the spices. If you want to make it more spicy, you can add some black pepper powder or red chili powder.

Then put a kadhai on medium flame and heat the refined oil. You can also use ghee, if you want to make these kebabs in the traditional way. On the other hand, after the mutton mixture is marinated, take equal portions of the mixture and make balls with them. Flatten them and slip into the hot oil.

Keep the flame low. Let these flattened kebabs fry till the colour changes to golden brown. Drain off the extra oil and serve hot with mint chutney and sliced onions. You can also serve it with lime slices.
