Cannoli Dip

Holy cannoli this dip is good. Making homemade cannoli is fun but time consuming! This dip version is all the fun without the hassle. Ricotta and heavy cream makes the perfect, irresistible dessert dip that no one will be able to stop eating. Can't find cannoli shells? Use ice cream cones or graham crackers!

Ingredients

2 c. heavy cream
1/3 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. whole milk ricotta
1 c. mini chocolate chips
2 tsp. cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg
Cannoli shells, broken in large pieces

Instructions

In a large bowl using a hand mixer, beat cream and sugar together.
Fold in ricotta and chocolate chips, then stir in cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg.
If not serving right away, refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with cannoli shells.
