Patriotic Watermelon Pizzas are the perfect treat, especially for the 4th! A thin slice of watermelon, coated with fresh whipped cream, and a festive layer of fruit, this healthy and refreshing dessert or snack is easy to put together. Even your kids can do it!
Ingredients
1 1/2 c. whipped cream of choice1 small watermelon
blueberries
strawberries, sliced
watermelon pieces, cut into star shapes
Instructions
Cut the whole watermelon into 6 slices. Pat dry on both sides with a paper towel.Top with about 1/4 c. whipped cream onto each watermelon slice.
Add layers of berries to make a flag or a random design of your liking.
Devour immediately.
