Spicy Potatoes Recipe
Ingredients
INGREDIENTS:BOiled Potatoes: 1/2 kg (cut in medium cubes)
Oil: 4-5 tbsp
Crushed Red Chilli: 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder: 1 tbsp
Chat Masala: 1/2 tbsp
Coriander Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Cumin Powder: 1/2 tbsp
Salt: to taste
Water: 1/2 cup
Tamarind Pulp: 3 tbsp
Jaggery (Gur): 1/2 tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Paste: 2 tbsp
Fresh Coriander: for garnishing
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except water, potatoes and oil.Heat oil in a pan add the mixture of ingredients.
Heat the mixture while stirring the spoon until jaggery melts to liquid.
Now add water and wait until oil is visible.
Now add potatoes and mix well.
Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes.
Delicious spicy potatoes are ready.
Serve hot with either sweet yogurt and crispy poori or papri.
