Ingredients
Mash daal one kgOil 1 cup
Red chilies powder i tablespoon
Salt to taste
Haldee powder i tablespoon
Green chillies
Garam masala powder one tablespoon
Amchoor i Teaspoon
Green fresh chopped Coriander 1 cup
Instructions
Boil the daal after washing thoroughly.Keep aside when tender.
Heat oil, add all masala and fry for a minute.
Now add daal and fry on slow heat for 5 minutes.
Add chopped green chillies[optional] and green coriander.
Serve with roti.
