Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

300 gm Chicken
2 cup Water
300 gm Onion
4 Green Chilies
1 tsp White Cumin
1 cup Milk
100 gm Yogurt
3/4 cup Oil
2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
Salt as per taste
1 tsp White Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Coriander Powder
3 tsp Almond, Cashew, Pistachio Powder
3 tsp Cream

Instructions

Directions
1-cut the chicken into small slices

2- Boil onion, green chili and white cumin in water for 5-7 minutes.

3- Grind the boiled onion and green chili after adding milk and yogurt.

4- Fry ginger paste in cooking oil for a while. After it turns brown, add milk, yogurt, onion, chili paste, salt, white chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes.

5- Now add cream and paste of almonds, cashews and Pistachio. Mix it and steam for 2-3 minutes.

6- Your tasty Chicken Mughlai is now ready to serve.
