Ingredients

1 cup soaked overnight moong dal
1 pinch cumin seeds
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 cup vegetable oil
1 handful coriander leaves
salt as required
1 teaspoon green chilli sauce
How to make Dalwadas

Instructions

Step 1
Grind the overnight soaked in a mixer to form a thick paste. Transfer it to a bowl and add some salt, cumin seeds, garlic paste, green chilli sauce along with coriander leaves. Mix it thoroughly and set it aside.

Step 2
Place a pan with some oil on low flame. Next, make small balls of the thick mixture. One by one, add these balls in the heated oil and fry them until they turn golden in color. Once done, place them on a platter and serve it with some tomato ketchup to zest up the flavor.
