Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

2 cups Curd,
½ tsp Mustard powder,
¼ tsp Black salt,
¼ tsp Sugar,
½ tsp Oil,
¼ tsp Mustard seed,
¼ tsp Red chily powder,
1 inch Ginger Grated,
2 pcs Green chilly Chopped,
¼ tsp salt,

Instructions

Put curd in a bowl and add ginger, green chilly, mustard powder, black salt, sugar and salt.Mix it well
Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and let the seeds splutter.
After spluttering mustard seed switch off the flame and add red chilly powder and pour this tempering over the raita.
Mix well and serve.
