Satay (Tikka)


Why recepie famous for?


Mutton ½ kg (boneless meat, cut into cubes),
Honey 1 tsp,
Red Chili ½ tsp or to taste (ground),
White Cumin 1 tsp (ground),
Salt to taste,
Whole coriander 1 tbsp (roasted and ground),
Soya sauce 1 tsp,
Oil 2 tbsp,


Cooking Directions
Marinate the meat with all the above ingredients (except for the oil) for 6 to 7 hours.

Then skewer the meat and grill. Once cooked, lightly oil and remove.

Serve hot with Nan.
