Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

700g Mutton boneless,
50g Almonds,
50g Pistachio,
30g Coconut,
30g Poppy seeds,
2 Onion sliced,
4 Green chilies,
1 cup Oil,
2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste,
1 tsp Turmeric,
1 tbsp Red chili powder,
Salt to taste,
1 tsp Garam masala powder,
1 tbsp Cumin powder,
1 tbsp Coriander powder,
1 cup Yogurt,
10g Coriander leaves,
1 cup Milk,

Instructions

In milk grind almonds, pistachio, poppy paste, coconut well and make a paste.
Fry onion in golden brown and keep it aside.
In a pan heat oil then add ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and yogurt in it.
Add mutton and two glass of water in it.
Let it cook on low flame for 20 to 35 minutes until mutton gets tender.
When meat gets tender cook it well.
Add fried onion and grinded paste in it. Mix it well.
Garnish it with coriander leave and your dish is ready to serve.
