Ingredients

Beef (pasanday) 1 kg,
Black pepper (grinded) 1tbsp,
Cumin (grinded) 1tsp,
Red chili (chopped) 2tbsp,
Cinnamon (chopped) 1 stick,
Clove (chopped) 3 to 4,
Small Cardamom (chopped) 3 to 4,
Big Cardamom (chopped) 2,
Green chili (Chopped) 5 to 6,
Ginger/Garlic (chopped) 2 tbsp,
Oil-1/2 cup,
Salt To taste,
Lemon-For Garnishing,

Instructions

METHOD
• Pasanday and make it staright.
• Take a pan and add all the meat and ½ cup of oil.
• Include all the spices one by one and cook, then add chopped green chili for a cook to taste.
• Add to 1 January and 1 / 2 cup water and let it get soft beef.
• When meat is tender and add little drops of oil and cooks it.
• Take it out on dish and garnish with lemon and enjoy it.
