Beef or Mutton boneless 500g
Salt as per taste
Gram Pulse 150g
Green Chili (chopped) 1 tbsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Whole Cumin 1 tsp
Whole Red Chili 4 pieces
Whole Hot Spices 5g
Red Chili Crushed 1 tbsp
Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Turmeric 1 tsp
Onion (chopped) half
Green Coriander (chopped) 2 tbsp
Egg 2 pieces
Cooking Oil as needed
Water as needed
How to Make Shami Kebab
Instructions
Cooking Direction1- In a cooking pot, add water, Beef or Mutton, salt, gram pulse, green chili, cumin powder, coriander powder, whole cumin, whole red chili, whole hot spices, red chili crushed, ginger, garlic, turmeric and boil it until tender.
2- After that, cook it until dry, then mash it.
3- Now, add onion, green coriander, green chili, egg and make kebab.
4- Now, dip these kebab into egg and shallow fry in the cooking oil.
5- Your tasty Beef or Mutton Shami Kebab now ready to serve.
Cooking time: one hour
Serve: 2 persons
