4 large eggs, room temperature
4 teaspoons water
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups quick-cooking oats
2 cups chopped raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
Additional sugar or colored sugar

Instructions

On a surface sprinkled with additional sugar, roll dough to 1/4-in. thickness. Cut with a floured 2-1/2-in. cookie cutter in desired shapes. Place 2 in. apart on greased baking sheets. Bake until set, 12-15 minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool.
