Karhai Liver Masala Recipe

Ingredients

Liver ½ kg cut into small cubes

Chili powder 2 tsp

Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp

Tomato 1 chopped

Salt 1 tsp

Roasted white cumin crushed 1 tsp heaped

Yogurt 2 tbsp

AllspIce 1 tsp

Kasori methi 1 tbsp

Green chilies whole small ones 8

Ginger Julian 1 tbsp

Oil ½ cup

Instructions

Put ½ cup water in a karhai with ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt and chili powder.

Fry well for 10 minutes add liver and oil, coriander leaves chopped,

green chilies whole, roasted cumin, coriander roasted, allspice,

ginger slices and kasori methi, leave it on dum for 5 minutes and remove.
