Why recepie famous for?

Scrumptious chops are bbq on coal grill. These foily chops are best to serve as appetizer with lemon wedges. Squeeze lemon juice on foily chops and enjoy it's fingre licking taste.

Ingredients

Mutton chops ½ kg
Raw papaya paste 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Oil 2 – 3 tbsp
Aluminum foil as required

Instructions


Marinate mutton chops with raw papaya paste and salt to taste for 10 – 15 minutes.

Now add chili powder, turmeric, coriander leaves, ginger garlic paste and oil.

Now put each chop on aluminum foil and wrap.

Put a wire rack on burning coal.

Now put chops on wire rack and cook for 10 – 15 minutes each side.

BBQ chops are ready to serve.
