Why recepie famous for?

Ingredients

Whole Chicken: 1 no.
White Cumin: 1 tbsp
Vinegar: 2 tbsp
Garlic Paste: 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala: 1 tbsp
Crushed Red Pepper: 1 tbsp
Salt: as required
Ground All Spice Powder: 1/4 tsp
Yellow Food Coloring: 1/2 tsp
Oil: 1/4 cup


Instructions

Method
Wash whole chicken and put deep slits.
Mix roasted crushed cumin seeds, vinegar, garlic paste, chaat masala, red pepper powder, salt, all spice powder, yellow food
coloring and oil together and form a paste.
Apply the paste on chicken and refrigerate for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now cook marinated chicken at low flame in a pan.
Once chicken is tender and spices are dried, remove pan from the stove.
Heat 2 tbsp cooking oil in a frying pan or wok.
Fry cooked chicken.
Once chicken is fried from one side, revert and fry from the other side.
Remove from stove.
Scrumptious chicken charga is ready.
Sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
