Mutton Paya Recipe for Taste

Ingredients

Water (As Needed)
8 Mutton Paya

4 TBSP ginger garlic paste

Salt (As Needed)

10gm whole garam masala

½ cup cooking oil

1 onion

1 TSP cumin

1-1/2 TSP red chili powder

1 TSP turmeric

1 TSP garam masala powder

1 cup yogurt

10 gm green coriander

4 green chili

10 gm ginger

1 cup Paya stock

Instructions

Method
1- In a cooking pot, add water, Mutton paya, Ginger Garlic paste 2 TBSP, salt, Turmeric ½ TSP,garam masala and cook for 2-3 hours on low flame.

2- In another cooking pot, add cooking oil, onion, whole cumin, Ginger Garlic paste 2 TBSP, boiled mutton paya, Red Chili Powder, Turmeric, Garam masala powder, yogurt & mix. Then cook for 8-10 minutes.

3- Now add, paya stock and cook on low flame.

4- Add Garnish (Green coriander, Ginger, Chopped Green Chilies)
Your tasty Mutton paya now ready to serve.
