Ingredients

- Beef Mince 400g

- Salt as per taste

- Red Chili (crushed) 1 ½ tbsp

- Ginger (chopped) 1 tbsp

- Green Chili 2 pieces

- Onion half

- Kidney Fat 100g

- Hot Spices ½ tsp

- Green Coriander 5g

- Turmeric 1 tsp

- Mint 5g

- Coriander (crushed) 1 tsp

- Cumin Powder 1 tsp

- Almonds (crushed) 50g

- Cooking Oil as needed

Instructions

1- In a bowl, add beef mince, salt, red chili crushed, ginger, green chili, onion, kidney fat, hot spieces, green coriander, mint, turmeric, cumin, almonds and mix it well.

2- Keep this mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

3- Now rub a skewer with oil. Now make the shapes of kebabs around skewers.

4- Now, oven bake on 230°C for 15-20 minutes or BBQ.

Your tasty Badami Seekh Kabab now ready to serve.
